Did you hurt yourself? Right now I think my arms are going to fall off. It probably isn't a good idea to lift weights when you're pissed as hell...

Sort of. I hurt in general, but I reaggravated my pinched nerve in my back. It's not fun. I had intended on lifting 2 days a week and working out all 5 weekdays, but I'm definitely not doing a damn thing until Monday.
